Starbucks - Baltimore

Coffee is coffee but the service here is sub-par at best. They're asking for your order while carrying on and entire conversation with other employees then turning around to look at you like your interrupting their Maury Povich marathon. Then I asked for my drink to be prepared a certain way for my dietary restrictions and SURPRISE she made it completely wrong and gave the finished product to me a complete mess! Sugary coffee mix dripping all around the cup and counter. Her appearance didn't speak much of her, neither did her mannerism but her actions proved all of my presumptions to be correct.... A HOT GHETTO MESS!

It was a very cold night when I decided to stop here and it was empty I thought that they were close. But as I step in a was greeted warmly by a nice boy behind the counter. Hi mame was roy and he offered oustanding cust. Service I expressed that I was in a hurry and he did everything to make my quick stop very enjoyable. Sorry no pictures of my frappucino yes I did mention it was cold somehow I went in wanting a caramel macchiato but I left with the new frappucino since it looked so yummy on the picture but he made it way better in person. Stop by awesome customer service.

Very rude employee, my trouser was cut in the wood under the table, I was a ski about the wifi and how to connect, she was answering in very rude unpleasant way. The coffee was good as usual, and also the red velvet cake ... but I was disappointed from the rude behavior.

Showed for a meeting today at 7:30 AM. Couldn’t meet there. Part of the ceiling had caved in. UPDATE: It is open but the WiFi requires a password, and when I asked the young man working here for the password, he told me that the internet is down. Also, there is a VERY inconsiderate elderly gentleman who is taking some sort of online marketing course and he is playing it over his laptop’s speakers. I have a Starbucks Gold Rewards Card. It will never be used here again. I ordered a grande decaf coffee at about 8:30 AM.

The staff is great, they have a chance to get super personal because they are not always super busy like some of the others. When I walk in the door they begin making my dring.... Yum! Yum! Yum! Always perfect. I am a very regular to this particular location. The staff knows what I want when I walk in the door. My 4 year old has autism and we sit in there for almost an hour sometimes and I've never got any complaints. Very relaxing atmosphere, clean and friendly
