There are so many great restaurants in Harbor East, and one of the newest ones to join the scene, Loch Bar, continues to wow me.
Quite impressed with this placeIt's the end unit with views of the harbor in a fancy part of Baltimore.
Would love to have given this restaurant a great review, but management totally sidetracked our evening.
