Kfc - Baltimore

The restaurant is decent. The location is quite basic, but it meets the needs. I would definitely question the idea of poor service here since the place is rarely busy.

The location and parking were crucial for this trip since I was running errands. The food and service were good, as they typically are, but nothing too exciting. Just reliable.

The customer service was excellent; however, they really need to fix the loudspeakers at the drive-thru. They've been an issue for over five years now.

This day in particular wasn't the greatest for fast food in my experience overall. Five guys over cooking their fries, Arby's with cheese-less Mozzarella sticks, and here we are at KFC. The chicken was on par with previous experience. My only gripe was that the mashed potatoes were watery. It was about 8pm or so in the city so, close to closing. Not as good as it could have been but that's just this day in particular.

5 stars for Lawrence alone. I came through the drive through, and ordered 24 hot wings. He was so sweet and went to check and see if they had enough. He even came back to inform us he was still counting. They didnt have enough wings, and offered another piece as replacement. The food came out quickly, and was hot and fresh. 5 stars for the food and service.
