Kfc - Baltimore

The bucket of chicken was awful. Overdone, meat was dry, the "pinkness" that is normally there was black. It was all throughout the chicken. I can tell the chicken had been sitting for a while too. I worked in the food industry for 20 years so i can clearly tell when its old and overdone. I paid 40.00$ for this chicken i want my money back. We order doordash almost 5 days a week from other places and this, by far THE WORST. Never getting food from here again!!

These orders were supposed to come with two drinks. Both were supposed to be iced tea. But I only got one drink. And the one that I received wasnt iced tea. It was some kind of cherry soda. I cant drink this. Its not good.

I like to compare this place with other kfc. everything went smoothly on the drive thru, the dame that took my order was nice, the line did not last long, but when they gave me the food, I noticed that the bag was wet so that I saw inside and there is serious everywhere on the place. So I said the dame of the journey thru and they immediately give it back to the person who made my order and the guy who made my order threw the whole bag in the mülldose. the dame that took my order was excited with the kerl (which is completely understandable) but then another lady just took the bag in the müll and went straight back into the kitchen! the guy who threw my food has made a mistake by throwing the whole bag in the müll but they can no longer fix a mistake by making another mistake!

Every time I come to this KFC the price is on things go up and down because people don't actually know how to ring up certain orders. I think they need better training for the staff and they never ever give you sauce. I hate it

The worst! It was 6:30pm on a Friday and we were standing at the counter to order food for at least 5 minutes, not acknowledged until finally someone said they were only doing drive thru orders. Really? Poor customer service. Me and the other people left and didn't do drive thru. Put a sign on the door or let people know. If you live in the community and don't have a car, they don't want your business.
