Cosi - Baltimore

I got the Sante fe breakfast sandwich. It was amazingly delicious. The staff was really nice.

I am so glad this was right down the street from the hotel. This is where you want to go. Great customer service every time, One of the ladies even recognized me after 1 visit. And smiled and knew I was from around there. Came down for a business trip from Massachusetts... But they're great. I love the chicken soup and their salad options. I came down three times in a 5 day trip. Wish we had a closer cosi.

Paid over 15 for a salad and received rotten lettuce. I will be filing for a refund with door dash. Everything else on top of the salad was fresh and I suspect they premade the salad base and didn't realize it expired. No hard feelings but I'm not paying full price for this....

I don’t normally give such a low score, but this place was not worth any amount of money. I got the lentil soup and it was extremely goopy and wasn’t hot. Will not be going here again.

Was trying to find a place within walking diatance from our hotel, found this sandwich shop inside an office building. They were out of croissants, but we got bacon and egg wraps. Wraps were large, wish they had smaller wraps, or put 2 eggs inside instead of just one. Coffee was good, tables were clean, staff were polite but preoccupied with preparing for the lunch crowd.
