My mom doesn't speak Spanish, so I was helping her translate while we tried to place our order. The person on the headset noticed our language barrier and started taking our order in Spanish, which was really helpful. The customer service was fantastic; she was very kind and patient while we placed our order. She also took the time to explain the double deal and the extra two dollars clearly. I was very impressed with the service and the care she took to make sure we understood everything. My order was perfect, and the fully loaded fries were absolutely delicious.

I don't know how some other fast food burger places stay in business with this place having burgers this good. Just look at the picture I posted!! Actual red ripe tomatoes, actual green lettuce, huge crisp pickle slices, warm, and not slopped together. It actually looks just like the picture on the menu! Who ever made this burger deserves a raise!

I visited the restaurant today and really enjoyed the burger; it was delicious. However, out of the 10 chicken tenders I ordered, none of them were fully cooked. Raw chicken is a serious issue. The refund process was handled reasonably well, but I don't understand why I have to return to the restaurant for a refund when I paid with a debit card.

The cashier is friendly, and I received my food quickly and hot. I will definitely be returning!
