Bill's Place Carryout - Baltimore

Purchased a grill chicken Ceasar sald and the chicken was sour. Called Bill's to let then know know a d the lady that works there got smart with me over the phone. Took thr food back to bills, and she act like she could smell the chicken that lit up my lunch area. All she cared about was did door dash refund my money. Never again.

Not sure what happen but this is not $22.00 worth of chicken ? Yall use to be banging dam. Still taste good though.

The service would be great if they weren't so popular. they are working around the clock, so my best advice is to order ahead of time in the pm hours. The food is amazing, and the homemade cookies and cakes are extremely good and affordable. They make sure they treat all their customers with respect, and your order is always correct. The busiest times are Friday and Saturday evenings. They use all fresh ingredients. Bills place is the shining star in that neighborhood and an iconic place in Baltimore.Parking: Just order ahead of time their is somewhat limited parking on this two-way street in the evening.

If I could give 0 stars I would.This was ridiculous! They sold me a pizza that was just bread and cheese, thin as hell and no sauce whatsoever. Not only that but when I called about it they said it wasn't up to standards, now if It wasn't up to standards why sell it?? I wouldn't recommend this place for pizza and a few other items, Take your money elsewhere where you'll get enough for your money.Horrible customer service but that is not suprsing considering the other reviews and my issues with them. I'd rather spend the extra money and buy a pizza from somewhere else.

Food and service has gone downhill over the years. The attitude of the daughter and son is pathetic. They are not the only place in town. Food is alright if you really hungry and don't care how your food tastes.
