They actually gave me corn without charging extra! Prices r a little too high! I feel like for the amount of money u r charging, the portions should b much larger! And how about putting napkins in the bag without me having to ask for them.

It's only saving grace was it didn't make me sick. And the rice was ok. I got the late night munchies while my baby was being treated at the hospital. I didn't really hold a grudge that the chips were a little stale as I knew I ordered 5 min before they were to close. The next day, however I was looking for a more balanced meal and I want interested in pizza or fried foods. It was my first time ever at a baja fresh so I was taken back that veggies cost extra, or get this other bowl, as offered by the worker. But then have to pay extra for cheese? Whatever man. So when I get back to the room and had my streak baja Bowl, I was really surprised that I was disappointed. The meat had the texture of roast. Not like steak. It was cut wrong and cooked wrong. The theme seemed to also hold through because the veggies that I had to pay extra for cut wrong(how are they wrong you ask? I got a boiled onion ring and rings of peppers) . I was very disappointed.

Waited for help for five minutes. An employee came out, filled something on the steam table, glared at me and walked away and didn't come back.

Poor service. Servers were grumpy angry not ready to listen and advise on options. It was just a mess of a service. My card was thrown back at me without a receipt. I didn't even know how much they charged.

Went to this place for the first time after hearing good things about it . HOWEVER, I wasted almost $10.00 on lunch. Had a bland burrito bowl. All it had was rice and beans.
