Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor At Camden Yards

I traveled to Baltimore for work, I did not book the hotel, my job did. They clearly didn't do their research. Roaches! There was at least one roach in the bathroom all 3 days of my stay. There were a few of my colleagues that had a roach issue too. The paint on the walls in the rooms were chipping and we had to request a refrigerator for the room. Upon request, we were questioned as to why it was needed. Tiffany (light skinned) was very nice and apologetic, she did try to help and accommodate by moving rooms, however what is on one floor could very well be on the next. I also know she alone could not fix. Roaches and paint chipped walls in multiple rooms of a hotel is an overall facilities issue, not a one person fix. Not able to upload the video I have.

I stay at this Marriott because it is walking distance to work. Rooms are dated, come on Marriott renovate please. Food is good, bar is good. Staff is OK nothing amazing compared to other hotels.

The rooms need a remodel, the front rotating door is out of service. My room toilet rim was dirty, the ice bucket didn't have a bag in it, and the ac would run only for 30-minute cycles. I want to make sure that everyone knows that the manager and service team are wonderful and will do what they can to make your stay a pleasant one

This review is not for the hotel and amenities but rather for the parking and parking staff. I purchased parking thru Park Whiz for an Orioles game. Supposed to just pull up to gate and open gate via Bluetooth. Didn’t work. Tried scanning QR code. Didn’t work. Attendant comes over and says it doesn’t work some times. That I need to pay at gate now since there were 5 cars behind me. I showed him proof on my phone that I’ve already paid and asked him to open gate. He refused to open the gate. Terrible service

I have stayed here before and wasn't impressed at all. This visit made up for the past. I was greeted by Abe and he was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. He let me know the details of everything that was in the hotel and the area. He recommended dinner and brunch places since I was in town for my birthday. The bar in the hotel has one of the best crab cake and lemon drop I ever had. The bartender Mariam or Mary was amazing as well. This hotel is within walking distance of the harbor, plenty of places to eat and do. Its also close to the stadiums..
