Balsam Lake Cafe

We have been dining at the wonderful establishment for 3 years and both the food and service is beyond amazing and enjoyable! Thank the entire staff and ownership for your hard work and dedication to what you provide day in and day out!

We are regulars here. The food is always fantastic and the staff are incredibly friendly. Highly recommend to everyone. And the take and bake food is also fantastic.

Good service, delicious and consistent food. A bit on the expensive side but what isn't? Try the Denver omelet iced mocha!

Went over the 4th of July weekend for coffee to-go. We ordered 3 iced coffees and were told to wait outside. 20 minutes later we went in to ask if they were done and the lady in charge was very rude to us. She seemed very overwhelmed with the crowds for lunch on a holiday weekend. Everyone else working were very kind but the gal in charge was not kind.

Casual friendly cafe that I would rate 4.5* Service was super friendly and helpful. Food was very good. The highlight was definitely the eggs over easy. PERFECT! The sausage gravy was also very good as were the breakfast potatoes. The CFS was a 3.8 for me. I did not care for the chopped steak. What should you expect if you come here? I have been here multiple times and the food is always very good. The service is great. Atmosphere is small city cafe. If you are a rush, rush, rush person even when you come to the lake then go somewhere else. (There is a McDonalds in St. Croix falls) hehe. They have a lunch counter as well.
