Panera Bread - Ballwin

Saturday, January 28 10am cdt my gut — they are too crowded, so I opted for the drive through. Well, that took longer than normal- but it’s crowded so……. I wait for a Choc Latte and Egg Soufflé. What is unacceptable is an under cooked Egg Soufflé. No excuses. None. I am struggling to spend $13 and I have to cook my egg Soufflé to meet quality eating standards. My order is wrong here every time. I ask for no cheese and they still add cheese- every time.

The food was good. The interior was not very inviting; high ceilings, no booths, high top seating. It did not have the comfortable cafe atmosphere of other locations. I will be going back to Breadco but not this location.

Served sandwich with two top buns and wife had two bottom buns. Eggs not over easy but well done. Minor yes but says not paying attention. So what else could be missed?.will go back again to see if just a bad day. Wife does not like cheese so could not correct.
