Cafe On The Loch - Balloch

I had the best customer service I've ever experienced at any café. Every staff member greeted customers with genuine friendliness and warmth. I also had the most amazing breakfast roll (bacon and egg). I highly recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves at Lomond Shores!

You can't go wrong here! I tried several flavors of ice cream from the front of the shop and was delighted by the variety of aromas and tastes. The portions were generous, and the staff at the ice cream shop were friendly and helpful. The ice cream quality was excellent, and the prices offered great value for money.

The staff here is incredibly friendly! We had to feed my baby sisters, and even though it was close to closing time, they were very understanding and didn’t rush us at all. They offer delightful sweet treats to enjoy with tea and coffee. The café has a modern interior and outdoor seating. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The menu features a wide variety of lunch options, and there are plenty of soft drinks as well as some alcoholic beverages. They also serve Thornton's ice cream and sell Thornton's chocolates. Both card payments and contactless options are accepted here, and the prices are quite reasonable.
