Pizza Hut - Ballinger

The manager, Stephanie Gonzolaz, displayed a complete lack of professionalism. After serving undercooked pizza, she took to Facebook to mock the customers who received it. She even enlisted the help of her family and friends to insult the guests. I expected much better behavior from someone in charge of the staff and the restaurant.

They don't deliver as advertised on maps. However, the service is excellent, with friendly staff, and the veggie lovers pizza was fantastic.

I've visited this Pizza Hut several times, and the food has been satisfactory. I usually opt for takeout, but I've dined in as well. Given that it's a small town, it's about what you can expect. I'll definitely return. I’m giving it 3 stars because I've had pizzas in the past that were barely edible, but they have improved since then.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Everything I ordered was served cold, and one of the pizzas was missing cheese. Additionally, the hours listed on Google were inaccurate. I won't be returning.

The restaurant has been involved in unethical practices such as embezzlement, stealing from employees, and identity fraud. I will be reporting these issues.
