I can't comment on the food, but the customer service was terrible at 9 PM on a Saturday night. The bartender was quite rude and made a big deal when we went to order one of their Christmas cocktails. When I accidentally spilled a tiny drop on the counter, he got upset, especially since the bar was closing in 30 minutes. It might be a good idea to wipe down the counters ten minutes before closing instead of getting frustrated with customers who come in during the last half hour of your shift on a busy Saturday night.

As an out-of-town visitor, this was my first experience at the restaurant, and it was exceptional. The surf and turf with bugs exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly pleasant as well. I highly recommend this place! Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

Once a highly classed Hotel Is now being drawn down by,poor staff who deal drugs in the back of hotel I do however recommend the restaurant .Lloyed is a great chef but night management are very poor. Even leaving children unattended Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
