What kind of a chip shop is this? No burgers. No steak sandwiches. They’d run out of potato cakes. If you aren’t a fish eater you aren’t gonna be helped. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Far out. My sister just brought some of the battered whiting, potato cakes, fried dimmies and chips and home and I am gobsmacked by the fast service, quality and price. Next time I'll be getting the donuts! The menu is on the fridge. I will insist on Freshly Battered the next time I am in Ballarat! Better than I've had in Melbourne for some time. Five stars! We had a wonderful takeaway meal for three people consisting of Butterfish, chips and a Greek Salad. The fish was perfectly cooked, moist and tasty with a crunchy batter, the chips were great and not greasy, and the Greek Salad was very nice. The prices were reasonable and the service was friendly. It was a great way to end our holiday. I would highly recommend trying their fresh salads.
