Hungry Jacks Pty Ltd - Ballarat North

This is one of the dirtiest Hungry Jacks I have ever been to. When we walked in, there were dirty tables that I had to clean myself while the staff chatted behind the counter. The soft serve machine was also not working.

I recently visited the drive-through at the Howitt Street location in Ballarat Central VIC 3355. I ordered a Hunger Tamer, but when I got home and opened the meal, it was not what I had ordered. I returned to the restaurant to speak with the manager, Mr. Michale, but instead of apologizing, he was rude and tried to pass it off as a mistake due to a busy time. I was disappointed that even after wasting time, money, and fuel, I was expected to understand their mistake.

We consistently receive great treatment at the restaurants we frequent, while observing other customers who do not. We have noticed a mix of excellent and not-so-great staff members, with some in need of customer service training and a smile. On one occasion, we witnessed some customers being told certain items were unavailable due to a broken machine, only for other customers to be served the same items by a different staff member. This inconsistency was a bit confusing. However, the female manager stood out as amazing, friendly, fast, and efficient.

Good coffee and hot cakes . Staff were friendly and the toilets were clean. Nice to be out early to explore the area and have a hot brekky

Not a great experience at all, started in drive through when told raspberry surplie machine not ready. We moved on and got coke. Kids started complaining chips were cold straight away but we couldn't be bothered turning back. When we stopped at the lake we found a packet of nuggets also missing. Very ordinary!
