Hops Restaurant Bar

We went there as a party of 4. The remodeling was done very well and it has a much more “fancy” feel to it. They have the best view in town and the remodeling really promotes sea view seating. Unfortunately the service and food isn’t that great. My beer was a bit flat and the food was typical pub type food that tasted a bit oily and not too fresh. It’s a very “vibey” place and the live music was good. Will go back for the Vibe not the food.

Menu is limited if like vegetarian stuff however if you are not into this the food is great. Fantastic ocean view but the parking area gets filled up rather quickly as it serves two restaurants and a swimming beach so come early in peak season.

This restaurant has a fantastic location in Ballito, perfect for enjoying a good time with friends. The food was delicious, the service was decent, and the atmosphere was wonderful! The cocktails and food are definitely a must-try while you're at the beach!

I went there for lunch to watch the Currie Cup Final and had the Hops Pie, which was outstanding. They had a great selection of wines and a wide variety of beers on tap. The service was also commendable. When I return to Ballito, I will definitely visit again.

The service was excellent. The breakfast surpassed our expectations, and the portions were very generous. It's the best breakfast I've had during this holiday. The new decor provides a pleasant, fresh atmosphere with stylish finishes. We will definitely return!
