Dietary restrictions: Your chicken is too small, it's not worth the price, where can we complain about this in our order buk9d, it's only KFC, I'm glad we've had such an experience Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱800–1,000

Bad customer service I asked for any available snack combos the cashier replied S1 Zingers he said that was the only meal available in snack combos when it was my time to receive my order another customer ordered The S3 funshot I thought Zinger's was the only available, fix your system Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is one of the WORST KFC branches that ive been to. The staff are RUDE! No sense of cutomer service at all!!!! One more thing is its the third or fourth time i went here on Mall Hours 10am, Yes the branch was open, but when i came up to order, the guy on the counter looked at me with a smerk on his face then said “wala pang product” as in Zero! When your store hours are 10am-9pm, that means when its 10am you are fully stocked and “READY TO SERVE!!!!!” It was 10am already and some pf the crew were not in uniform yet! The idiot mannager told me to come back at around 11am hahaha! There were other people lined up behind be that were pissed as well! The staff and the manager are INCOMPETENT!!!!!
