Kootenay Gourmet - BALFOUR

Hands down, the best pizza in the Kootenays. Great fresh dough and organic ingredients. You have the option of taking it home and baking it yourself, or having it baked for you. Daniel is one of those rare people who puts quality first, and doesn't use Gordon Food Services, or similar services like many restaurants do. His food is real and chemical free. He also has high quality, ready made delicious frozen items you can take home and enjoy. Daniel is really passionate about food!

Wonderful high-quality food, which is made in-house from scratch. You can even see into the kitchen if you want to watch the cook at work. The cost is more than reasonable, the take-away food is nicely varied, and the Saturday brunch is delectable!

This man is one of a kind , I don't know much about him but he is a hard working individual that has morals probably extreme values...I am not here to judge anyone...but makes a mean pizza , in fact I was just looking for the#so I could order one (6topings of your choice)
