Subway - Baldwin

The touch screen was malfunctioning, but we managed to place our order, pull up, and pay. However, the total we were given was different from the amount displayed on the screen when we ordered. We didn't receive our drinks or the chips that were supposed to come with our combo meals. The staff then charged us again for the missing items, but added a water that we didn't order. We returned the water and requested the fountain drink we had just paid for, but the staff attempted to charge us again. Overall, the service was very poor; our total came to over $22 for an $18 order. I will not be returning to this Subway again.

A visit to Baldwin wouldn't be complete without a stop at this restaurant. The staff is outstanding—extremely kind and courteous! They truly go above and beyond compared to any other Subway I've visited. The establishment is spotless. The team in Baldwin answered all my questions and made our sandwiches with great care and precision. The bathrooms were also clean, and all the toppings were fresh. This is definitely one of the best Subways to visit in Wisconsin! Don't forget to tip the staff; they absolutely deserve it as they're a top-notch team! I had an unforgettable experience here that I'll be bringing back with me to Texas. They made us feel right at home! Thank you once again, and keep up the fantastic work!

I've visited this restaurant at least 20 times, and each visit has been a one-star experience. Every time I come, I end up waiting 30 minutes for my order, even when I'm the only customer. The sandwiches are consistently messed up; something is always wrong with them. They're so messy that I almost feel like I need to eat with gloves on. It's really disappointing.

I almost always order from the app, and the order is done correctly and on time about 97% of the time. Great option for fast tasty lots of veggies, and relatively low calorie. Star off for occasionally getting mayo I didn't want or order done a tad late (like one minute... So still pretty great!

Just stopped there guy was rude at the drive through window got home my supposed meat heated food was cold called and the guy that awnsered the phone was rude didn't offer to do anything all he told me was I seen the girl heat t which there was no way and he said I'll take your number and I'll give it to my manager very poor service
