Moose's Backwoods Bbq - Baldwin City

Really fast. Delicious. Amazing frits. Tenderloin was so huge, I had to take half home. Pig meat was so tender. My two-year-old daughter approved and she's not a fan of everything. I recommend this place.

They closed the last two times when I went to dinner. Every time my family or I look, they're out of what we want. Go early if you want a certain product like ribs or turkey. Brisket's a little dry. Some of the pages are a kind of Bland. Pulled pig beans are good.

I've eaten twice at moose. Both occasions were comb meat sandwiches and pommes for lunch. The food was hot and fresh and my order was ready quickly. I'm going from Lawrence to Baldwin now for bbq day. If you're going through Baldwin, I recommend you get some moose's.
