After a long time we were back to the gasthof hergenhahn and can say that this restaurant is still among the best in the opposite. uriges ambiente, a beautiful beer garden and a very friendly, attentive service are the first highlights when entering the place, which lies directly on the road through and the crossing of the lahntal route in Balduinstein. that may seem disturbing for some, but it does not notice because it is very quiet in the local opposite and is apparently taken in the beer garden because they sit directly on the happened. there is always something to eat, soap (soup a part with kartoffels and sauce, as well as jägerschnitzel with championrahmsoße and pommes salat. everything came fast, was nicely dressed and tastefully excellent! the spargel was delicate as butter and perfectly prepared. that you can't do better! the carving was sufficiently large, well fried and really delicious! pommes and salat were on this niveu. Conclusion: eating service top, price/performance fits, rustically well maintained environment at the romantic lahn that invites them to return. a really beautiful destination of a beautiful day! we go back to:
