Taqueria La Paloma Balch Springs

Poor place , i went with my family and the food was horrible. My daughter didnt even touch her food . Sadly i got stomach pains after eating here, Please save yourselfs and dont come here.

The tacos and burritos are a great choice for lunch. Plus they are all friendly and remember your usual order.

I tried contacting corporate, but of course they make it almost impossible to find their direct info and no one answers the phone. The contact email on the website does not work. I ordered to go at the Balch Springs location on 7.9.23, and the food was spoiled. I ordered sopes and a side of rice and beans. Everything tasted bad. I know the food was spoiled because I’ve eaten at La Paloma for years and the flavor is always the same. This was my 2nd time eating from this particular location. I’m not sure who is and how they are handling the food, but they are selling it spoiled. Unfortunately, I had already made the drive back home and it wasn’t till then that I realized it was bad. The smell said it all.

Kept calling to make order and they kept hanging up. Myself and partner called like 15 times. I didn't get my fries and was missing a taco. Plus had a hair in my food. Don't know if I would go back to them.
