Contribuiți la feedbackI was forced to walk here for 30 minutes because my sister just wanted pizza and she forced me to come with her, we got list in the middle of nowhere for a good 50 minutes.
Pizza was horrible. Not only was it not correctly cut, it was overcooked, dry and hard. Total disappointment.
After a long day at work and the kids a long day at school we decided to eat in and order a pizza. My 7 year old daughter bites into her pizza and there was a long piece of black hair that came out of the pizza as she bit into it. My husband called to tell them what happened and the girl that answered the phone was kind of rude about the situation and didn’t apologize. I’m so upset after spending $44.43 at least provide us with a sincere apology and wear hair nets for God sake. The name on the receipt says Atiz order 0061.

This is the worst Pizza Hut that I have ever had the experience of dealing with. Their customer service sucks! My food was an hour late and they do not answer their phone and when they do they immediately put you on hold. My order was delivered by someone who did not speak any English which is not a problem for me. I've lived in a foreign country were I didn't know the language. I felt it was so unfair to this gentleman because he was trying his best to get directions. I could not give them to him because I don't understand what he was asking. I think it was unfair for the company to put him in that position. Some of my food was cold, soggy and sweaty and the other was cold and hard. I do not recommend this store this is not the first time I've had problems with them. I think it is the worst Pizza Hut ever and that starts from management down!
