This is a wonderful place to visit. Although it's a fast food spot, the service is excellent. The kiosk definitely speeds up the ordering process, making it more efficient.

McDonald's should educate their staff that not everyone with gray hair is a senior citizen, as this could potentially offend some customers. While I appreciate their efforts to streamline the process, it's important to be sensitive to how this might impact customer experience. The food is decent, but I've noticed that the amount of french fries we receive varies significantly with each order. It certainly doesn't seem like they are being weighed to ensure a consistent portion.

The restaurant feels spacious, but it can get crowded depending on the number of customers dining at any given time.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to what I think is a lack of professionalism from the staff and management. The food fell short of expectations—specifically, the breaded chicken bones made me nauseous. I would not recommend eating here. Instead, consider going to McDonald's; the staff there are much friendlier and more accommodating.

The BFF fries are exclusively available for delivery, but I was able to place an order through the app while inside the store without incurring any delivery charges. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
