I've visited HapChan several times over the years, still no ginger sauce. They don't make an effort to be an authentic Chinese resto. Disappointment after disappointment after disappointment. Oh well..... Am so excited waiting for other Chinese restos to open.

Came here with family of 14. We ordered mainly from the preset menu with a few extras. Most of the dishes were mediocre- nothing really stood out as good. Unfortunately the only Chinese restaurant in the area. Would not return.

My family's favorite. You can not go wrong with Yang Chow Fried Rice, Dimsums (esp. HAKAW), L.shanghai, Salt and pepper squid, spare ribs, veggies with garlic.

We visited the Hap Chan Malolos branch and upon entering, we were not greeted by anyone even though the restaurant was nearly empty. We sat at a round table and had to call the server to take our orders. The food arrived one by one, not all at the same time, causing some dishes to go cold before the others arrived. After a few minutes, we realized that our order was incomplete. When we asked the waiter, they insisted that they had served all of our food. We checked the menu again and discovered that one of our orders was missing. No one apologized, not even the person expediting the food who was laughing in front of the kitchen. As we were visiting from abroad and had no data, my wife politely asked for the Wi-Fi password. The cashier ignored her request and simply entered the password without acknowledging her. When I asked for our desserts, I approached the manager who responded with "ano," which I found rude and discriminatory, possibly because we were not dressed in upscale attire. I expected the table to be cleared before dessert was served, but the staff did not seem bothered and simply placed the dessert on the messy table. We also noticed flies on the table, which was unacceptable. Despite paying a high amount, the service was disappointing. However, the security guard was very accommodating and friendly.
