Very inexperienced service, gave us milk afteros when we ordered vegan and did not seem excessively disturbed, although he finally apologized and deducted from bill to my request. think they were all young and a little out of their depths. the flower engravings were beautiful!

It is a brains pub with brains vegan and veggie menu in the offer. we had the burger. it was tasty, especially if they like vegan burgers that have a fleshy texture and look. it comes with a few nice tasting beet falafels thread on the spits that holds the burger together. there was also a grain side salad we didn't get on with.

Terrible experience: -waitress didn't know what she was delivering. - if the ingredients were missing from different meal times. - panned jackfruit nachos with milk cheese top! the chef added it. they have apologised and reimbursed, but did not seem to be disturbed by their mistake.

Falafel starter, sweet potato curry, jackfruit curry and tasty sorbet! They have stayed here as hotel and they could not do enough for us because vegans who bring soy milk into our room for tee and talk through their food preparation to make sure everything was for our satisfaction. note that this little Welsh city was not much in offer for vegan, but this hotel did everything they could to ensure that our stay was what we needed! update: breakfast the next morning was epic that they did not cook enough for us much fresh for us to not cross-contamination (as it was buffet style) they also pulled out a package violife cheese for us so that we could get up!
