Qdoba Mexican Grill - Bala Cynwyd

I had a wonderful experience here. The food was amazing... similar to Chipotle, but Wayyyy was better. The staff was really friendly and helpful when ordering and explaining everything because it was my first time there. Would be safe again!

I had a little not good experience earlier. The food was delicious, but the chicken portion was very less. However, I am impressed by how the customer service responded to the problem and addressed it. Get up! Impressive!

I just want to take the time to thank everyone who worked the late shift today. My order didn't come into the system first and I was a little frustrated. Everyone was so patient and attentive to help me. For me, it meant a lot because I work at school full time and I didn't feel like cooking tonight. I've got 3 lessons for this week, and I just rushed to feed everyone. They took their time, made my order and was just nice. What is not common today. I appreciate all those who helped me and especially the manager who made my order. Thank you.

I’ve been to this Qdoba before and I never had a bad experience there. But today their service really deserved recognition. Everyone was professional and just in a good mood which reflected onto the customers. One guy who works there was helping a young lady who obviously wasn’t familiar with the ordering process at Qdoba. Instead of him being irritated he patiently walked her through her order. And of course my food was good.
