Uricchio's Trattoria - Bakersfield

One of the best Italian restaurants in the city, and local only to Bakersfield! The setting is nice and intimate, yet still welcoming to larger groups. The food is generously portioned, and the service operates at a high standard. Definitely a great place to eat if you're in the mood for Italian food.

I ordered chicken picatta with a twice baked potato and steamed vegetables. Everything was excellent. I have to add that the vegetables were perfect. Usually restaurants give you half raw veggies. These were exactly as they should be cooked.

Had a good experience meeting after workday. Multiple choices of wine. Multiple choices of food choices.

Amazing plate half manicotti, half lasagna it was spectacular. That was the best manicotti I’ve ever had in my life!

Great food and service! Outdoor seating and banquet room seating is nice. It is a favorite place for after-work cocktails as well dinner options. Their chicken piccata dinner, served with raviolis and Alfredo sauce is the best I’ve ever had. We no longer live in Bakersfield, and miss this classic place with its history and great food.
