Contribuiți la feedbackSome of the best food I've ever had! While traveling through Bakersfield, we stopped for dinner and were blown away. We plan to stop again on our way home. Having never tried Basque cuisine before, we found it to be absolutely delightful. The portion sizes were very generous, but great meals require more than just sizable servings; they have to be made with the freshest ingredients, which this food certainly was. It was skillfully prepared by experienced hands that truly care, and the waitstaff genuinely knew and appreciated the dishes they served. Overall, excellent food in a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you!
We absolutely can't believe we missed out on this gem until now. We can't wait to go back!
The food was served cold. The soup, which was made with cabbage and potato, was quite interesting and served hot. However, the beef was ice-cold and difficult to cut with a table knife. On a positive note, the servers were friendly. Considering the price I paid for the banquet, I expected a much better experience.
Loved the service fast and friendly. It was great tasting food, cooked perfectly, and the band playing outside was great!
Our group comprised of four couples had dinner there tonight and were pleasantly surprised with the changes the new owner Ralph Salazar has made. Starting with a Bone In Jamón Serrano on a cart brought next to the table and sliced just like they do in Spain. At the top of the list of their new additions to the menu was their Tomahawk steak huge, juicy and delicious. The lamb was great and so was the Prime Rib. All played with the traditional Basque “Setup” of soup, salad, fries, beans, tomatoes. Nice job Ralph!
