There is an additional charge for using credit cards. The home-cut French fries, patty melt, and country scramble were all tasty. I was starting to feel quite full around noon on a weekday.

We stopped at this restaurant on our way to the Oregon coast in May and again on our return to Missouri in September. They serve an amazing breakfast! We absolutely love their Cinnamon French Toast; it's fantastic. The eggs and bacon are also top-notch. The staff is very friendly, and the cooks are great. We’re definitely planning to stop there again on our way home in September.

Hometown Café offers a variety of seating options, including tables, booths, and counter spots. The spacious and clean facility has an open layout, with accessible entry at the rear. The menu is extensive, featuring many options, with photos updated as of May 2023. The bathrooms are clean, well-maintained, accessible, and well-lit. Breakfast is served all day, and coffee is priced at $2.00. Most items on the menu are priced under $10.00. The staff is friendly and welcoming. A notice at the counter indicates that there is a surcharge for credit card payments.

My wife and I had the great pleasure of eating here for the first time a couple of days ago. We both had the Country Scramble breakfast. We both were surprised at how good it was. We're looking forward to trying other items on the menu. If you want good food at a good price with friendly service then this is the place to go.
