Nirvana Indian Nepali Cuisine

The two stars are for the best butter huh I ever had and for the ease of the staff/owner. but unfortunately, although I have been here several times, the service is so slow and deorganized, we will not come back to quite awhile. I see the helpful sign on the door and I know that this is a hard time for restaurants. at our last attempt to dinate, we sat and said we could just order apps now, as the kitchen was muded, and could order after the arrival of the apps dinner. we ordered drinks and appetizers, and were told that one of the appetizers would last 20 minutes. after 35 min, no appetizers or drinks arrived and we left the restaurant after we had not ordered an evening meal yet! until then it was 7 o'clock. all this to say that I wanted to eat here love and use the groupon I got instead for taking. so delicious. but no longer try.

We got takeout to enjoy at our hotel and everything was quick and easy, also a really great price for Indian food. The naan was fantastic, my husband says the samosas were the best he’s ever had, the butter masala (veggie) was a little more tomato based than I’m used to but it was still really good!

The food was amazingly delicious. This would be our go to spot for family dinners, my little girls loved gobi machuria, chicken tikka masala and tandoori chicken was perfectly cooked. The owner/staff was very polite professional with each table making sure everything was great. Thank you for the desserts surprise we loved it. Me my family will be back again thank you

This place is changed a way better than past. I have been to nirvana for dine-in the food service was immensely satisfying. The staff were friendly, suggested some delicious dishes kauli tarkarie, Rogan joosh lamb and Nirvana curry chicken. We enjoyed everything and the portions were great. Will be back to have great time again.

I am very impressed with Nirvana. The food has been delicious, rich and flavourful sauces. The owner really cares about his business and his food and I am very happy to recommend this place to anyone visiting the island.I don't find a lot of places that are generous with spice and heat but I can say I thouroughly love the lamb vindaloo and tikkas from here.I have never had interactions with a restaurant owner where it is so apparent that they care so much about what they do. Cheers to you Nirvana and I'm glad this place has been able to stay afloat despite the pandemic.
