Au Pierre Narcisse - Baie-Saint-Paul

Waited over an hour and never ate! We came for our anniversary dinner and were very excited. We were ignored for over 40 minutes waiting to place our order, despite multiple attempts to flag down a waiter. Once we finally placed our order the waiter returned 15 minutes later to tell us they were out if pasta! People who came in almost an hour after us were served before us! We could no longer wait (we have 2 young children) and opted to leave. We addressed our concerns with the manager who became defensive. We have NEVER walked out on a restaurant before but did from this one!

Service was exceptional. Always tending to our needs. Food is very good for a family restaurant. Would definitely go again. Thank you
