The Burger Stand Taos Ale House

Great burger joint. Loved that they had sweet potato fries and they were yummy!

Best burgers in Taos. Wings are great too. Solid beer selection that rotates, plenty of seating outdoors and indoors. Dog family friendly.

They started cleaning the grill when we put our order in shouldn't u do that at night when you close not in the middle of the day when you have a rush hr only in backwards Taos

First off I just wanted to say the atmosphere was great and the staff was very friendly. After that though everything else just fell short. The burger was average at best. I was expecting a great tasting juicy burger with a name like, The Burger Stand. It took almost 40 minutes for me to get my food after I ordered it. Doesn 't take 40 minutes to knock out a cheese burger. The fries were great and freshly made. Maybe I am harder than most when it comes to cheese burger places because I consider myself a cheeseburger connoisseur.

It's not the worst food in the world, but if you're going to spend 12 bucks on a burger and Fry combo you might as well go to one of the actual gourmet places in town and skip the fast food joint.
