The rooms are cozy and budget-friendly. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located right next to Burnham Park. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it for those looking for an affordable and pleasant place to stay.

Budget Hotel. Hot water for shower is not available at all times. Staffs are friendly. You can leave your things in the front desk if you're planning to have a day tour and may not come back on time for check out.

The staff was very friendly. We were able to check in a few minutes late, and they kindly let us stay without any extra charges. The space and rooms were basic, but that was perfectly fine since we only needed them for the night. They served breakfast with sunny-side-up eggs, two slices of bread, and coffee.

Additionally, they offer a complimentary breakfast of toast and eggs (two servings since I booked a room for two). The 24-hour security and reception are a plus. The location is fantastic, directly across from Burnham Park and close to the market, as well as near the PRC for my ID renewal (the Manila terminal is a bit of a fairy tale). I also appreciate the aroma of the old beech wood in the building, which has an antique charm. On the downside, the sound insulation is almost non-existent; you can hear your neighbor moving around and chatting with their companion, so keeping the noise down is advisable. Overall, it was a great stay!

Had been here twice, the weapon was friendly and friendly. they are all very good, price only affordable, budget friendly. the place is close to park, market, saum, food was so great in food taste only near 5mins walk. orchidarium only infront, about all I love d place.
