First of all the place is infested with bedbugs which means that there are bedbugs in the room in the bathroom in the room where you eat in every part of the common room on the counter while you pay the bill there are bedbugs everywhere. My partner booked the use of the hydromassage spa centre, too bad that the hydromassage water was freezing and brownish. An experience that was anything but pleasant. And then there would have been an elevator to go down to the spa which we had been guaranteed was working, unfortunately it was actually turned off. The price of the dinner was not adequate for the quality. In the end we spent an amount disproportionate to our experience.
