We ordered two cappuccinos. They arrived with two glasses of water. In my glass of water, in the bottom of the glass there was a shard of glass. I got this out with a spoon and told the waitress. She said “noo” when I told her I found this. I said yes it was in my water, she laughed and said “you want to pay” and brought the bill. If I hadn’t of seen this glass in my drink, I could have been in hospital, there was no apologies from the staff. Awful service. No concern for the safety of the customers

Finally a bakery which doesn't offer the basic range of cakes. You pay for the cakes inside, and on the terrace you order your coffee and pay there. Coffee was fine, cakes were good. Staff were attentive, although by paying with card you have to go inside, as they don't have mobile card machines. Nice outdoor seating

We stopped in for a coffee and desert. It was really expensive. The service was alright and the coffee was average. It's really just to expensive.

I have been here repeatedly when in Baden and will definitely not go again. Every time, I was visiting mid morning or mid afternoon, so not a busy time. Still service staff managed to ignore me for the longest time and let me wait for no obvious reason. Twice I heard them chat in the kitchen, whilst the tea room (with a few customers) was left completely unattended. Lazy service with bad attitude! Croissants on the tables were dry and unappealing, prices fairly high. Not recommended at all.

Das Lokal mit einem kleinen lauschigen Garten mit Bäumen befindet sich gleich beim Bahnhof Baden. Trotz der Nähe zu den Geleisen empfinde ich es als ruhigen Ort. Bei meinen Besuchen wurde ich schnell und freundlich bedient. Auf spezielle Anliegen wie Allergien o.dgl. wurde geduldig eingegangen. Das Lokal bietet die üblichen Getränke, ich finde einen guten Kaffee und verschiedene feine, süsse und salzige, Kleinigkeiten zum Essen. Zum Lunch werden auch einfache, aber preiswerte Menus serviert. 'Das Himmel ' hihi, es ist nicht ganz 'der Himmel ' hat immer verschiedene frische, süsse und salzige, Backwaren im Angebot. Ich finde, dass das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
