A good option to taste the local culture and experience the real Catalan cuisine. Their menu mainly consists of ´Torradas´(Toasted bread with toppings on top) which is very typical of the region. A personal favourite is the mushroom salad and the 'torrada d 'escalivada ' (toasted bread with roasted peppers and roasted eggplant on top). The 4/5 goes because the space is quite small and it can get quite noisy during the weekends. But a great choice overall!
We enjoyed an excellent meal, especially the cod with raisin and tomato sauce, the roast vegetable salad with anchovies. I don't understand why other reviewers have criticised the service... We were very well served and received good advice on our selections.
Escondidito y sin nuestro conocimiento previo caminamos un domingo por la zona de Daly de la Vila y nos encontramos con este pequeño gran restaurante. Buen producto y trato. Destacamos las alcachofas y la xatonada. Otro día volveremos con más hambre y ampliaremos la reseña. Promete.
Un lugar con encanto donde se come rico a buen precio, cenas informales. Recomiendo mucho el champanyet como bebida y cualquier bocata en pan de coca.
