Si piensas en ir de tapas y comer patatas bravas y fritos variados, las Lolín no son para ti. Ahora bien, si quieres redescubrir lo que pueden ser las tapas, que es una gastronomía con personalidad, cuidada y bien elaborada, ya estás tardando en ir. Hay pocos restaurantes a los que repito y disfruto de lo que veo, huelo y pruebo. Y uno de ellos es este. Hoy hemos vuelto a alucinar con el almogrote picante que no sé si tenía toques de un tipo de mostaza; una reinvención de ensalada de papaya, edamames, tomates, guacamole y una vinagreta peligrosamente bien lograda; un carpaccio de wagyu con alcaparras y yema de huevo delicioso; y un enrollado de jackfruit que debes experimentar. Y de postre, un pastel tierno y jugoso de naranja con chocolate. Mientras escribo el comentario, aún se me hace la boca agua. ¡Qué gran placer! It is a cozy and nicely decorated place. We ate a delicious brunch, very well prepared and presented. The waitress is pure affection, a love.
