Looking for a different restaurant in Badajoz, we came across La bistrologica and the experience could not have been better. We liked the minimalist decoration a lot, as well as the small details in the dishes, very careful. Special mention of the Ajoblanco, the mussels and the prickly pear sorbet. The portions are not scarce, as I have read in a previous comment, both the Ajoblanco, as well as the hake and the octopus, leave you well satisfied. Congratulations on everything, we'll be back!!! An experience of 30 out of 10. A pleasure for the senses. A perfect place for an evening with your partner or friends. Very well run, by Maica and Antonio. Maica explains the top quality products they use. Do not forget to taste their Salmorejo with marinated mackerel. A rare experience. And their star dish is the cod loin box. Amazing. And if it was not enough, the sorbet with figs and passion fruit has been touching the sky. Excellent. Thank you very much for making our meal a pleasure. I recommend it to you. Difficult to assess the quality because the quantities are so small that I could hardly taste the dishes we ordered. Very expensive for what it is and more so if we take into account that we left hungrier than when we arrived.
