Ultimately, we only have a somewhat long wait time at dessert to evaluate the service with excellent. he's more than good anyway, so four and a half stars. we studied the menus. the young lady as the first to drink a merlot from the pfalz (7,20 € for 0.2 l and a fourth apollinaris (2,30 € for my wife, a soft veltin (0,33 l for 2,60 € for our friend and a dark land beer (0.5 l for 4, € for me) we order – rumpsteak (200 g angus we are waiting for the well cooled beer and the well enticed merlot and get a little later the greeting from the kitchen. in a silver metal basket we are served three broth varieties, normal baguette, baguette with poppy and frogenbaguette. there is a small bowl with Krimson Square. the bach is warm, the quark has a fine crimp adorned and tastes delicious, with a little salt even better. The Pommes-Fries are not homemade after, but the pepper sauce already. she tastes our friend excellent. the mushrooms with the tweezers are well prepared and fresh. also my wife is very happy with the meat. the lambskin is cooked à-point, beautiful pink and tender the same applies to my lambskin. my wife complains about the temperature of the otherwise perfectly prepared champignons. they are lukewarm, and that also applies to my spekböhnchen. Obviously these supplements have waited some time for the meat before it is served. the carrot columns on both plates are well roasted and crispy. when our young lady dreams and asks about desserts, we mention the lonely supplements. they will pass it on to the kitchen, is their reaction. as dessert, our friend decides for a black forest cherry (4,80€ and my wife for an eierlikörbecher (also 4,80€).
