A very nice hotel, friendly staff the gastronomy best. not to forget the therms in the immediate environment. the location very good for relaxing.

In itself the hotel is okay, only there are a few unconsistencies and a few things that should be eliminated. personal is underused. personal must ask everything, even for small things. was already very strange carpet floor even in the staircase entrance quite unbeautiful. in the room of the carpet also many large stains. broken. balcony door broken. also gives positive reviews. Eating was great. also the service was great. in the morning it was missing here and there on the skies, but good. in therme it was great. physio was great. we will come back and hope that that has become better. especially friendly faces at reception.

Now yes I have less to write because I was very happy with the friendly, upcoming staff. for the old very well trained. also with my room I was very happy. large room with balcony, from which you have a beautiful view direction bad rodach. was there with my mother, as we traveled with the train, it was also important to me that we did not take the baggage. so I asked for the transfer from the train station and back in the travel office. that worked very well. as we booked with half board, the breakfast was also included. we were able to choose from various main dishes. now there was really nothing to put out, every dish very tasty. the only very slight flaw was the slightly lean sausage selection. Maybe we were always a little too late, because on the day of departure we were a bit more there and there was a bigger choice. now it has become a bit more with the evaluation. I can only recommend the hotel

Beautiful hotel with excellent service in a quiet and idyllic location. the breakfast buffet convinces with fresh products and it is constantly refurbished. the evening meal is pure pleasure and absolutely recommended. regional products are also offered in very good quality. close to the therme nature completes the relaxing stay. the attentive, friendly service, the good food and the beautiful rooms have convinced us. we're coming back!
