In the area of Saxony Thüringen, the Bitburg brewing group has become strong after the traditional breweries Wernesgrüner and Köstritzer have migrated into their portfolio. Nevertheless, these two are of course important employers and not little money has been invested in both locations in Saxony and Thuringia. We are always happy to receive at least one of these beers as regional specialties in the restaurant fresh from the barrel.
