Altes Brauhaus - Bad Hersfeld

The in-house beer is the hammer. The Ambience Super, maybe a little too much pub. The staff laughed with us and was super friendly. And we really had a lot of fun and stayed very long 01:00. Great.

General The brewhouse is a pub with solid home cooking. The location is directly in the city centre on the square with the large church. The beer is not brewed there (more on its own, but comes from a brewery from Kassel (but still tastes). Hotels (such as Stern's Restaurant and the L'etable . Operation The waiter was very nice, just keeps nothing from me. ; otherwise there was nothing to complain. The food We have eaten twice asparagus with potatoes and steak or carving. The appetizer (Schmand with herbs and bread was very tasty and came ruckzuck (although we thought about it only at the beer). The ambience The ambience is like in a host house with raw tables (rustic but cozy). Cleanliness There was nothing to be expected from cleanliness. That's what we expect.

We were on the way from north to south-west and in Bad Hersfeld Station and were at the B F Hotel (also very nice there! . As we were, the recommendation to the Old Brauhaus came right. We decided to sit in it, it was almost too shaded, inside is comfortably furnished and rustic. Instead of small for a brewhouse (but as a big city man you are probably used in other sizes, but original, clean, easy cozy. A 2 table at the window was reserved, but we were kindly invited by the (very nice, flashing and always to a little joker to place us there. The atmosphere I find a successful mix of modern and old cozy wooden benches, old cabinets and pictures with bright rooms and beautiful wooden floor. Very soothing and exactly my taste.
