Mamas&Papas - Bad Gastein

Very polite and friendly young man. A small snack bar type of place, toasts, crepes, ice cream, coffee. Very simple but pretty for a quick snack.

Nice place in the village centre! Also open in low season. Good coffee and really good salad! Very nice staff.

The first thing you notice when you come is the extreme heat. I live it had to be about 35° C when we're there. The food was ok and the service was ok. They don't just take cash, so I had to go to the next ATM. Don't waste your time here

We tried here for lunch as it was one of the very few places open in the town. The service was friendly and welcoming but despite having a very limited menu several items were not available. We were told they had been very busy and run out but the town was very quiet! Still we had excellent pizzas even though they would not have been our first choice. On another occasion we had a welcome beer sitting in the sun in the comfortable outside area. Good free wifi.

This café is a wonderful point to have a break. They suggest pizza, sandwiches, different teas, grappa and so on. Beautiful views, Terrasa, you can park a car at reasonable prices in 10 meters.
