Good location, good food, owners are wonderful and willing to help, but their experience in this business is zero. I'll take care of the next time I check in during the winter to have the mine. Previous visitor in my room I think it was Chilly-Willy because the thermometer remains set to 16 degrees Celsius and heating stopped overnight. This hotel needs more than enthusiasm and good deeds, perhaps a trained manager (of course), but I don't think this will happen.
