Cafe Tacio - Bacong

I am giving this place 2 stars because the location was nice with a swimming pool and a white sandy beach. However, the building was old with holes in the walls, weak water pressure in the shower, and cats and dogs roaming around while we ate. The most disappointing part was the staff, who were unprofessional. I would have rated this place higher if it weren't for the service. I hesitate to share more details about my experience as they may improve in the future. Overall, I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

Overall, this restaurant is a good place for a day at the beach with a vacation rental. However, on the day we visited, we were bothered by the construction noise next door. It was a Sunday, a day of rest. We raised our concerns with the staff, but unfortunately there was no resolution. We had already paid for our meal and felt disappointed. As the noise continued, our guests started leaving and we decided to cut our visit short around 4 o'clock. We do not plan on returning.

You don't get what you pay! the facilities were old and not well maintained. linen were not fresh, they only sprayed one fragrant to smell good. no place in the room to hang her towel. the bathroom was dirty! I'll never recommend it. a waste of money.

I recommend this resort definitiw won’t. bad service. bad sanitary facilities. the management must offer seminars for the personal, it seems as if they don't know how to deal with guests/customers properly. the experience we had was so frustrating. they gave us the key to the room and that was, we were not told that there were some problems with the room, and so we went into another room and they did not tell us that there are still problems with the room in which they gave us. the personal should have told us to be aware of it, but no, they just gave us the key and that is it. poor service. we was wasting our money, as we paid full, but we didn't get all of them. Moreover, the breakfast was not served immediately, 30 minutes waiting is acceptable, but wait for almost 2 hours? tsk! poor service. bad sanitary facilities. the beach itself is quite amazing. they will certainly love it, but they could look for another resort where they can enjoy their stay!

The beach is stunning with its white, fine sand and clear water. However, the surrounding resorts are not as relaxing and could use some more maintenance.
