The grilled flake is consistently excellent, and the hamburgers are great as well. The chips are well-cooked, and the oil is clean. I've visited several times and have never been let down.

The food was quite good, with the batter being particularly nice and the frozen seafood enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to see that none of the staff were wearing gloves, which is an essential rule in food handling.

I had the best fish and chips here a long time ago and have been back a few times since. The grilled fish was delicious, and the veggie burger was excellent as well. I also loved the chips. If they’re on the menu, definitely give them a try, folks. The service is fantastic. For vegetarians, the veggie burger is a great option, just let the young staff know, and they'll prepare it for you.

Today we bought fish, chips, and potato cakes, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The fish was extremely stale and had a strong smell of ammonia. We had already eaten some before we discovered a seriously rotten piece. I called the store to inform them so they could check their stock and prevent anyone else from getting sick. Now I'm taking a high-strength SB probiotic in hopes of avoiding food poisoning, though I’m not very optimistic given how bad the fish was. The store did offer to replace the fish with six new pieces, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.
