Lily's Babylon

I've lost count of how many times I've visited Lily's and been greeted with warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is fantastic, and it doesn't stop there—the food is fresh and delicious. The new menu has just been released, and I can't wait to try everything on it! Sundays are especially enjoyable with football on the big screen and fun raffles to participate in as well.

I absolutely LOVE Lily's; it's one of our favorites! The food and atmosphere are fantastic, and I've encountered some of the friendliest people on Long Island there.

Lily's lives a double life. Happy hour until 9pm on Fridays when it caters to the older crowd, who are there to listen to less known local cover bands. Then by ten PM Friday, and later on Saturday, the 60 yo's escape and a much younger crowd replaces themready to party. I've never stayed late enough to hear if the dated disco tunes evolve into house music, because, frankly, Ican't tolerate the required spaghetti strapped midriff tops on a freezing night! This place is iconic with multiple traditionalbars, a moderate sized dance floor, adequate sound system and a team of bouncers. However, drink prices are double that ofnearby Farrell's. Pick your crowd and go.

This is a fantastic restaurant for relaxing and unwinding. The food was excellent; my wife particularly enjoyed the goat cheese and fig flatbread. The staff was professional and courteous, making it a pleasure to dine there.

What a terrible experience at this huge restaurant/ bar. We came on Taco Tuesday which happens to be karaoke night as well. The food was not terrible, basic bar fare but the staff was inattentive at best and incompetent and rude at their worst. Thetemperature on the side of the bar where the music was so ridiculously freezing cold that some regulars were wearing wintercoats. (That should have given us a clue when we first walked in) Someone mentioned to my wife that they sold Lily Sweatshirtsand the waitress told her it was 20.00 and brought her one which she put on. It literally must have been like 45 degrees andwindy so we rushed thru dinner and asked for the check. They charged her 30.00 and when we complained the girl lied and saidshe never said it was 20.00. No matter, we paid the bill and left never to return to this poor excuse for a restaurant!
