Alrawabi - Baalbek

Server took forever to take our order. Then the food took a long time as well

I used to go to Al Rawabi at baalbeck since I know they have an amazing shisha and very delicious food. So I went with my sister and some friends of mine, me and my sister were hungry so we wanted to have lunch, but our friends just wanted to drink something quickly, they ordered before us for about 20 minutes but the service was very slow .. Then after they brought the lunch, for about 10 mins, they served them the juice. And the same thing happened with the dessert. In a word, I was very disappointed with the service and how horribly slow they were. They told us, that they were having a problem with the electricity at the kitchen, but that is not an excuse, we called them for cleaning up the table and nobody was close to the table and every time we needed something we were calling the waiters and searching for anyone to take the orders. I hope that the review is helpful for them to improve their performance.

It used to be good, not anymore. Bad service, bad food, and the place is beginning to look run down.

Service is good and the food is absolutely amazing!
